You can use tram, bus and metro in Brussels. The company is MIVB/STIB
    http://www.mivb.be/index.htm?l=en

From Brussels South station (Gare du Midi or Zuidstation) to Avenue Louise is very easy by metro: take line 2 or 6 direction Simonis (Elisabeth). The 3rd stop is Louisa. You are then at the beginning of the Av. Louise. If you don’t want to walk to your destination or it is far in the street, take tram 94 – direction Hermann-Dubroux.

There different connections to Drogenbos. You should know the address of your destination and use the routeplanner on the site.
For your information: De Lijn is the bus operator for the Flanders region and TEC for the Walloon region but both have connections to the Brussels Capital region.
