    YES. Because we have the strictest tests in the world to become a Taxi Driver.

    If you want to become a Private Hire driver then you have no problem.

    Sit in a car, wait for drunk people to get in and charge them a fortune for taking them home. You dont need insurance or anything like that and if there is an accident you just bolt off and leave someone else to deal with it.
